Third Person POV

The girl asked her brother once again to come and play outside with her. He brushed her off, for he would rather stay inside than go out in the cold and play childish games in the snow. He was too old for that. She was hurt that he didn’t want to spend time with her, so she trudged outside on her own while he played video games. She started to build a snowman, and when it was finished, she felt like something was missing. Then, she had an idea.

She went back inside and saw that her brother was still playing video games. She went into his room and went into his winter drawer, pulling out clothes to dress up her snowman in. When she exited the room, her brother was now on his phone. He didn’t even see her exiting with his stuff, like she expected.

Once dressing the snowman, he looked even more cool. She pretended that he was someone who wanted to play with her, so she ran around, threw snowballs, talked to him and acted as if he was a living thing. All that while, her brother saw her through the window, after finding a trail of clothes that she dropped leading to his room.

He knew that the snowman would melt soon, since the weather was warming up quite fast that day. He went into his room and pulled out an old gift -- a snow globe with a snowman in it-- untouched by him. He knew that once the snowman melted, she would be upset. He wanted her to be happy. He made his way outside towards her and saw she was sad, since the snowman was melting.

She felt a tap on her shoulder and turned around and saw her brother with his hand outstretched, a wrapped present in his hand. She took it and opened it -- it was a snowglobe with a snowman in it. She was so happy she gave him a hug and he responded with one back. The two of them held hands and went to go play in what was left of the winter’s day.
