Sister POV

My brother is so mean. He never wants to play with me. It’s snowing outside, so I asked him to come with me to play, but he said no. He would rather play video games.

I dragged my feet outside and kicked the snow. I wish he liked being my brother. I feel like he doesn’t love me, or even like me. He treats his friends better than he treats me. I guess the snow is my only friend. I started to make a snowman. It took a while, but when I was done, something looked like it was missing. Then, I had an idea.

I snuck inside while he was enamoured with his video game. I went into his room and pulled out winter clothes from his dresser. He was so tall, so the clothes were so big! I almost tripped on a dragging shirt sleeve!

I made my way back outside after stumbling a bit, then starting dressing the snowman. I took a peek inside to see if he noticed that I had taken his stuff, but he was now on the phone. Once I finished, the snowman looked just right. I pretended he was real and started to play with him. We even had a snowball fight. I was having so much fun!

The day got hotter and he started to melt. I was really sad, watching my friend disappear. I dropped my head as I stared at his broken form, feeling upset. I suddenly felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to see my brother with a gift in his hand. I took it and unwrapped it -- it was a snowglobe with a snowman inside of it. I was so happy I gave him a hug, and was even happier when he responded with one back. We then held hands and walked to play with the rest of the snow. I guess he really does care about me.
