The basis for the explorations project at Freestyle is to explore a topic that is interesting to you. For me, this was motion graphics. I have always been curious about how to create animated things in after effects so this project was a perfect opportunity for me to both improve on my adobe suite skills and pursue something I was interested in.
I started off by figuring out what I wanted to make my motion graphics about. After considering a couple options, I decided to create multiple versions of an animated logo for the company that my mom works at. After consulting with her about what she believed her company represented, I went along and started creating an animated logo,
This project really taught me a lot about the world of motion graphics. After doing this on my own I realized that creating things like this were not that difficult. This project has definitely inspired me to continue exploring the world of motion graphics and to continue being interested in similar things.
