Welcome to my Showcase website where I present a Showcase Video and a Demo Reel to show my various creative capabilities. I plan to go into the film industry because I love creating my own worlds for people to develop an interest in and explore with their own intent.
Over the years of exploring my creative side with a mouse and keyboard, I developed a love for editing and experimenting with different clips, SFX, music, and much more to make my product the best it can be. Using the camera was also just as satisfying to do as I was able to capture what I envisioned through the camera and its lens. I also enjoyed creating visual effects for my Senior Zenith project because it taught me how to create practical in a budget-friendly way and gave me opportunities to learn more about special effects with After Effects.
This is my favorite various pieces of work that I thought would best represent my standing of how I am able to capture what I want with film. There are much more things I want to show, but due to the required short length of the video, I am not able to.
Personal Reflection
As I grew into adulthood with Freestyle, I became a digital artist and an independent filmmaker and because of that, I am appreciative for my opportunity to join this special program and develop a love for something I would have never found if I didn’t join. I explored many the Adobe Applications and familiarize myself with a quality camera with other film equipment so I can be prepared when I do my own indie films in the future. I am proud of who I am today because I had to go through many failures and mistakes to be able to be confident in my work. And even though I am finishing my time here in Freestyle, I will go past many more mistakes as time progresses and learn much more. I want to achieve my dream of being creatively happy.
