Typically, it&#8217;s served with noodles (\uc9dc\uc7a5\uba74 jjajangmyeon, black bean sauce with noodles) but rice was more convenient for me to make that tonight. I&#8217;m half Korean, but only really ate Korean food when I was with my grandparents. More recently, I&#8217;ve been trying to cook more Korean food myself. \uc9dc\uc7a5\uba74 is one of my favorite dishes, so I just recently decided to make it myself. It took a couple tries to get right, but now I can cook this whenever I&#8217;d like.
