I&#8217;ve spent most of my life hating reading, but this year I found a love for reading. The book Slaughterhouse 5 gave me a unique perspective on how we process difficult things. I got choked up in the Los Altos Library, crying. I was overwhelmed by what happened. It is an unbelievable book; some somethings in the book are fictional. Didn&#8217;t happen. When soldiers return from work, they have to explain what happened, things that stay alive inside of their minds on repeat. The Things They Carried did not carry the same weight; the innocent bystanders were not depicted as vulnerable. I would lie to myself if I said all I did was sit alone in a portable for months. In reality, I got access to priceless information about art, especially learning to use the camera to use digital art has been very fun. I know that in the future, people like me (traditional artists) will appreciate what Freestyle Academy offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped has-text-align-center\">Character Animation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is my character! I had a lot of ideas for them, but it didn&#8217;t go how it was supposed to. Many of my classmates chose simpler designs, and I should have, but I wasn&#8217;t told there would be so many constraints of clothing and additional pieces (ex., extra leg). Regardless, this was an entertaining character to create. I have to say I have the best character design. And the coolest one. Most likely because, at the time, I thought my teacher hated me because I would ask questions, and they wouldn&#8217;t help me, or they would be reluctant. I got it eventually. But it reminds me of Chinese drama, where two fighters would fly through a bamboo forest, jumping from one bamboo to another. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Narrative Project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"22 23 p6 3D Narrative Animation ZoeyB\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/74vmvXVkZF8?list=PL4UmbWlij-uQnM2TuyhrwyJmZCVaPOJhd\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">I was initially supposed to be in a group, but when  I was wearing a shark onesie, they told me I shouldn&#8217;t be in their group anymore.
