A New Potential

The animation portion of my website took the longest to complete. I had to spend many after school hours working hard on Adobe Flash. With Flash, I had to learn the concept of keyframes and use it to animate my drawings. My drawings were created in Illustrator and then imported into Flash.

The title of my animation is “A New Potential.” Click here to see it! It is based of my flash fiction short story where a young man gets dressed up formally, brings his piano and music equipment and plays in New York city. After being disappointed by the lack money reward, a girl in the audience goes up to him and tells him his new potential in life, a relationship.

The movement of the animation is very smooth and on tempo. I really enjoyed making this animation and working with keyframes and drawings to create the animation. I hope the animation appeals to you and that you share it with others.
