I found that it was very freeing to be able to express myself with the use of making shapes in the way I wanted to while making my mandalas. I loved not having to worry about repeating the strokes I made because of the repeating slices, it made the process a lot less stressful and allowed more room for creativity. I admired how we made the laser engravings and a colored mandala to contrast each other. This helped me create what I wanted to make in my own taste, and I loved having the freedom of being able to make what I wanted to, essentially, without any rules or restrictions.
