Throughout the process of creating my mandala, I felt very serene yet focused as I would draw line after line. It was new to me as this was my first time not just drawing a mandala itself but also using Adobe Illustrator. As I brought all the small dots, lines, and curves together, I found myself appealed to the symmetry that it created when I was finished. I also valued how I was given the freedom to add whatever I wanted to make this mandala personal to me, and hid small nuances such as the extremely tiny faces around the middle and the animal-shaped objects in the outer circles. Overall, I greatly valued how relaxing it was to make this mandala as everything is even. Symmetrical, and orderly.
