The mandala is inspired by alchemy. In alchemy, different symbols represent various elements of life. Furthermore, the number of circles, triangles, and lines in alchemy represent or indicate different intentions. For my mandala, I wanted to create something that represents my interests as an artist. With my minimalist aesthetic, I created a mandala that is easy to digest and look at, yet intriguing upon further glance.
