The most important value in creating mandalas for me was the ability to hide little intricacies in places of my choice. Obviously it was important to make a good looking mandala with interesting lines and patterns, but I found it to be far more personal when I started including my own little visual flairs. Some of them are pretty obvious and easy to spot, such as a sketch of my favorite album artwork, while others, such as my signature and logos that mean a lot to me, are near impossible to identify. These tiny inclusions made the project feel all the more personal and unique.
