This was an interesting project. For the actual designing of this, I didn’t actually have many ideas on what to do, so I just decided "why not slap some circles together! seems legit". Anyways, I think it turned out pretty nice for that, figured out how to make some of the pieces look like good crescent moons. Just throw some circles together in an interesting pattern and it’ll look pretty nice.

Assembling the laser-cut wood was a bit more annoying than I would have liked. The laser didn’t quite cut all the way through at places, so I had to snap pieces out of the wood sheets. Luckily, only one of them broke, and in a minor enough way that I could just assemble it without much change at all. Related website
