Perfection And Clumsiness: A Junior Self-Portrait Illustration by Ryan Rosh (2012)

The illustration is the representation of the Perfection and Clumsiness in my life. It came out better than I could have ever expected. My finished project look like the thumbnail below, perfection. The whole time creating it I did not realize that I was zoomed in by 4800%. I made the original 9 by 13 pixels instead of inches, clumsiness. This beautiful piece of art is not only a good representation of my Perfection and Clumsiness, but also an artifact. Living on the internet for whoever to see. It was paper clips all line up neatly together on the left side (perfection), and on the right side some of the paper clips have been knocked over (clumsiness). I wanted to use negative space with the red background. I used the pencil tool to draw the paper clips. To add extra effect I added glare lines on the paper clips to give them a more realistic look. But now it is one paperclip alone, there to mock me and my oversight.
