Mise en Scene: A Senior Mise en Scene Illustration by Patrick McClellan (2013)

In my Narrative Mise en Scene, I depicted the ''hero '' Adam Scott sitting in anguish on a sidewalk feeling defeated. In the story his arch-nemesis, Maldor was accosting a woman (Adam's dream girl, Stacy) in the street and attempting to steal her purse. Adam Scott flew in with confidence, and within 30 seconds, Maldor had defeated and belittled him, and stolen the woman's purse. Adam sits on the sidewalk, his feelings hurt, without the purse, and embarrassed to no end in front Stacy.
