Evan Samuels: A Novel: A Senior Narrative Book Jacket by Fiona Stolorz (2014)

This book jacket shows several tennis balls ripping through a blue background. I chose to make the background a darker blue, as that allows for the bright lime green tennis balls to pop off of the page even more. I used Photoshop to layer the background with the images of tennis balls.

Since my story is for young adults, I tried to make the cover come across as an appealing image to this age group. These tennis balls are the most important symbol in the story, as they are a catalyst for a friendship between an unlikely pair.
