Got Milk?: A Senior Humor or Satire Art Project by Hope Moseley (2014)

For my design humor project I decided to use satire and irony. In the humor presentation my group and I created an amendment speech for the Freestyle class of 2014, focussing on the student of the year award. It is ironic because most of the ''got milk?'' advertisements are of athletes with captions stating why they drink milk, simply to help them physically. I used a caption to show that milk helps this Freestyle student mentally. This piece is also satire because I am imitating the ''got milk?'' advertisements.

I used a DSLR camera, with three point lighting, to capture my model. In Photoshop, I used the pen tool to draw the ''fake'' milk residue. In Illustrator, I created the font and changed the word, design, to a rainbow gradient.
