The Photographic Journey: A Senior Surreal Photo by Robert Fenger (2016)

My surrealism photo represents that path that photography takes you down. The tracks represent how photographers move through the world seeing ''through the lens'' The tracks converge towards the lense just as light is brought in through the lens to the camera.

I created this photo using Photoshop and 3 images, one of the nature scene, one of the train tracks and another of the camera lens. Using photoshop I was able to blend and transform the 3 photos to fit into the scene. I used masks to only keep the certain areas of the original photos that I want. I then changed the blend modes on the layers to make the photo look more natural.
