I created this flyer in order to advertise an upcoming Spirit Week that my family and I were organizing during shelter-at-home. I thought it would be fun to tie our creative idea in with my InDesign project, so I used the skills I learned to create this flyer, advertising the different themes for each day. We were inspired by Los Altos High School’s semi-annual Spirit Weeks, something that wouldn’t happening this year due to shelter-at-home. We wanted something to distract us from the monotony of staying at home all day, so we picked movies and TV shows that we had watched in the past few weeks and compiled them into a list, planning on dressing up as characters from those movies/TV shows each day. I think it’s going to be really fun to coordinate outfits for that week, and I’m excited to show my family the cool flyer I created to go along with the events.
