My inspiration for our one-page flyer project was my love for baking. Over quarantine, I decided to make it my goal to become a good baker after only ever eating the yummy baked goods my sister and mom would make instead of helping them. I grew during this project by learning how to incorporate different skills that I learned in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator together through InDesign and create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing advertisement poster! I am most proud of my Graphic design cake logo I made in Adobe Illustrator because I spent a lot of time on minor details of it to make it look more polished, and I am really pleased with the way it turned out. I did struggle a bit at the beginning with the photos; I kept changing the image inside the frame instead of the frame itself, which was frustrating. But after some more practice, I was able to figure it out and work with much more ease. Next time, if I could make any changes, I would maybe like to have a different layout of my elements, perhaps putting the logo in the center or to the left and trying various color schemes!
