My inspiration for this project came from the current unit our class was doing at the time, which was “Conceptual”. I wanted to make something that was open to interpretation depending on the person through designing an abstract piece of art. With this in mind, I decided to set the animation in the sky as a symbol of openness and freedom for the viewer. I am most proud of the way the cube rotates as it was difficult to map out but I think it turned out quite well. Overall, I would consider this project a success and I will continue to apply what I learned to future animations.
