For this photo blog, I was challenged to prove the saying “the camera never lies” and “tell a lie” with the camera. I decided I wanted to play with scale to create a false perception. Since I have a miniature scale car, I thought I could use it creatively in a photo. In the end, I came up with this composition with a shoe coming down from above onto an unsuspecting car. To photograph this, I placed the car up on a slight slope and held a shoe above it, with the camera pointing up from below.
