Self-Portrait

This image says a lot about my favorite hobby out of everything that there is. My favorite sport, social activity, and alone time, all is skiing. When it comes to Skiing you get to select your own path for everything an you have the option not to rely on anyone else for anything. You also come across the most interesting people from all different backgrounds while riding the chairlifts, which allows you to make close friends in the community. Almost everyone in this community, I friendly and chill which I believe makes you a better person when you indulge in this sport. Without being to see the goggles, or my face expression, I think this represents the idea of not really caring about the things around you which allows you to let go. Being surrounded by the white, with the contrasting colors it is almost like you are all by yourself separated from the rest of the world.
