Chef Jorge De la TorreChef Jorge De la Torre: He is the dean at Johnson and Wales.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chef David DawsonChef David Dawson: A culinary instructor for Classic French Cuisine at Johnson and whales. He started with Classical Music and always took a side class whether it was typing, culinary, or something else. After a while he had decided that cooking is what he really wanted to do.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chef John OakleyChef John Oakley: A culinary instructor at San Francisco City College. He does side jobs in his free time such as catering events and is also a restaurant consultant. He started cooking when he was 16. Chef Oakley has been teaching at SF City College since 1998 and has opened hotels, restaurants and a country club. He has more than 20 years of experience in this field.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chef Keith HammerichChef Keith Hammerich: A culinary instructor at San Francisco City College. He started working in a pastry shop at the historic Sonoma Mission Inn after graduating from college. He worked in small fine dining restaurants and then opened a new Hyatt Hotel Restaurant in Beaver Creek.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chef Betty EwingChef Betty Ewing: Betty is the current culinary teacher at Los Altos High School. She is one of the directors of El Cajon helping at risk students in high school. She has owned a few restaurants around 1989. The she founded El Cajon in 1993. She is working in the culinary industry with over 12 years of experience.
