This is my Senior project paper. For our senior project each student had to write something about an experience they did in order to better understand their topic. It needed to be something that we were interested in and enjoyed greatly, and for me that was cooking. Because I have already done a couple other projects while at Freestyle about culinary, I decided to make my own dish. It was somethign I hadn't tried before. Normally I find a recipe I like and then I make it based on that. This time, yes I did find recipes to look at, but I made it my own by substituting different ingredients, adding spices and herbs. It was somethign I found interesting and I could further understand what is needed in order to be a great chef.
