I knew that for this prompt I wanted to photograph Christmas tree decorating, because that is a big tradition in my family. I photographed my mom putting on an ornament that has been one of my favorites since I was a kid. It shows balance in the way that it is slightly unbalanced, and is balanced between dark(the tree) and light(the sunlight in the door).
