In this picture, I used a plant shining in the light. I did not incorporate motion, but I did follow the rule of thirds as you can see in the photo. What I am trying to show is a plant from a different view as you would see, but as seen from eye level and not centered but moved over to the side. The background is out of focus, putting most of the focus on the plant.
