I took this photo during a vacation in Washington D.C. of the Washington Monument. This photo demonstrates symmetry because it shows the focal point of the image, the monument, and the same trees going out on either side of the monument in a symmetrical matter. In the front, a body of water lies perfectly, looking nearly symmetrical to each ripple in the water. The sky also demonstrates symmetry with color as the sunset from each side matches with the sunset color on the other side of the monument.
