The challenge for this photo blog was to evoke emotion using rule of thirds. I wanted this photo to feel calm and peaceful to look at. I chose this cup of shells as the subject of the photo because it is elegant and aesthetically pleasing. I think the simplicity, colors, and overall composition of the photo give it a quiet and tranquil feel.
