For this assignment we needed to capture my family’s holiday tradition using balance. I decided to take a picture of my family’s menorah for Hanukkah. Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday that lasts for eight nights and usually occurs in December. The menorah holds nine candles—one for each night plus a candle called the shamash used to light the other candles. Happy late Hanukkah!
