This photo I edited with the “soft light” blend mode on photoshop, and added white around the flower petals and black around the leaves, to make them pop. I showed love through this photo by photographing a white rose with pink splashes, blooming in the middle of winter. I feel love through this photo because I think it is beautiful that flowers can bloom with brilliant color even in the darkest winters. I chose to photograph 2 flowers in one frame so as to not isolate the flower, and make it feel even warmer.
