I chose this photo to represent “stranger”, primarily because the faces in the photo are either turned away or unrecognizable. However unintended, I also enjoyed the other ways it represents this prompt. The shadows that cast long and deformed shapes under the afternoon sun, to me, represents the idea of a “stranger”. Similarly, the horses, which are in a literal sense “strangers” because they are a different species, I believe reflect the prompt as well.
