For Design class, we had to make a photo narrative. We were supposed to make a story from six photos. The meaning was supposed to be clear, the pictures were supposed to be good alone, not just with the other five.

Photo Narrative

In kindergarten we are all taught to share. Then in sixth grade we learn about evolution, and survival of the fittest. Then we grow up and some of us take Darwin to the extreme. I will never support nor advocate neither socialism nor communism. This narrative is a story of compassion and coldness. I have told this story through the use of something familiar to all kindergarteners, the teddy bear. The first four pictures are shot in warm, deep colors. They are reminiscent of a medieval feast. The last to pictures are of something colder. They are the death of our furry protagonists. The compassionate bear dies with people by his side. He leaves behind a world of mourning. The elephant dies how he lived, cold and alone.
