For Photo Blog #31, the category was Story Telling where we had to take a photo of someone we know telling a story visually. After talking through ideas with others and with the spirit of Halloween, we landed on the idea of someone carving a pumpkin. As a kid carving pumpkins was an important part of Halloween to me. With a single photo seeing a young kid carving a pumpkin and having fun brought back many joyous memories and hopefully for others as well. In one single photo I felt like it defined what Halloween is. The pumpkin guts on the ground and having carving tools to make a face with Halloween decorations in the background.
