My name is Ryan Pacheco I am a junior at Mountain View High School and Freestyle Academy.
I have a sister Jessica who attends the University of Arizona and I have my mom and dad Dan and Cathy. In life, I like to think I value Loyalty, success, and, Respect.
Whenever I am bored I love to hang out with friends and family. My favorite hobby is skiing, I have been skiing since I was six years old and it is usually a way for me to spend time with my dad or just to have fun in the winter with friends. Most days after school I find myself at the gym working out or out Golfing with friends. I also enjoy Lacrosse as I am on the lacrosse team at Mountain View High School.
I expect myself to maintain good grades and to have a fun junior year. I am looking forward to expressing creative ideas in film this year and making my ideas come to life.
Art Reflection
The SF MOMA art reflection video was assigned during the first semester of my senior year as part of both an English and Digital Media project. In English, we began by selecting a piece of art from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art that inspired a sense of “awe” during our class field trip early in the year. After choosing our artwork, we wrote and recorded a brief paragraph explaining why it evoked that feeling and providing some context about the piece. Then, for the Digital Media portion, we were tasked with creating a video that paired our recorded audio with visuals to showcase the artwork and explain why it inspired awe.F MOMA art reflection video was assigned during my 1st semester senior year it was both an English and Digital Media assignment. First in english we were tasked with finding a piece of art that inspired “awe” in the museum of modern art in San Francisco on our class field trip early senior year. After we found our piece that inspired awe we were tasked with then writing and recording a short and brief paragraph addressing why the art piece we chose evoked a sense of awe in us and we also had to give a little bit of context. And finally in Digital Media we were then assigned to create a video using the audio and some visuals to showcase the piece of art we chose and why it evoked awe.
