Golden Hour
For this week’s photo blogs were were assigned to capture a “Golden Hour” shot where the sun is either rising or setting. I decided to use a shot I took in Mexico off of a cruise ship during Thanksgiving break this year. (1/3200 sec; f/1.8; ISO 200)
Eyes
1/60 sec; f/5.6; ISO 200 For this week’s photo blog assignment, we were tasked with capturing a macro shot of someone’s eyes. I decided to capture a photo of my girlfriend’s eyes for this shot.
Water
(1/400 sec; f 2.5; ISO 3200) This week we were instructed to capture water in a creative or cool way. I decided to use my friend’s water feature in his backyard. I thought it would be cool to capture the water close up in a frame using a high shutter speed on my camera.
White Balance
(1/125;f 5.6; ISO 200) This week’s objective was to use white balance creatively. I decided to use a white balance to make the red leaves pop out more increasing the contrasts between the red, green, and yellow leaves.
Weight Or Mass
(1/200 sec; f/2.8; ISO 400) For this weeks photo blog assignment we were challenged with capturing something that is either super heavy or super light. I decided to take a photo of my Neighbors massive 200 year old tree.
Mood
