In this week’s photo blog assignment, we were challenged to photograph a sport that conveys a deeper message beyond its visual surface. I opted to capture an image of myself at the gym during a lat pull-down exercise. Working out is a passion of mine; it helps me alleviate stress and anxiety. It has recently become one of my favorite hobbies.
