Eyes

Lens Length – 24 mmㅤISO – 400ㅤAperture – 2.8ㅤShutter Speed – 1/32

The prompt for this photo blog was to use a macro lens to take a photo of an eye, and I used my sister as my subject. When editing this photo, I decided to change the photo to black and white. This was because I thought it allowed for a better focus on the eye, as the color version was a bit distracting, especially in the reflections. Something I’m proud of in this photo is the quality of detail in the texture of the skin around the eye and the eye itself, as well as how the aperture setting I used creates an interesting depth of field.
