Intro
Narrative 2 was a particularly important unit. We began by exploring some of the world’s most pressing issues—conducting research, investigating the facts, considering possible solutions, and ultimately writing an argumentative essay to present our ideas.
Later, we embarked on our own “worldbuilding” journey. Together with Angel and Akshay, we set out to create an ideal world infused with elements of surrealism. Based on this concept, we engaged in extensive brainstorming sessions, constructed a unique world system, and finally presented our creation to the class.
At the same time, in Digital Media, I applied the Illustrator techniques we learned to create a layered, wood-cut style 3D artwork based on our worldbuilding project. In Animation class, I also collaborated with classmates to produce a 3D animation.
Throughout the process, I encountered many challenges, but I believe these experiences have prepared me to do even better in the future.
