This week’s prompt was symmetry landscape. Just last week, I had taken a hike at Rancho San Antonio and when I saw this week’s photo blog, it made me immediately think of this and the pond area at Rancho. The shutter speed was 1/10, Aperture 5.6, and ISO 100. Unfortunately, the white balance was auto. Looking back, I definitely could have changed the white balance as the upper half of the photo turned out overexposed, or even changed the shutter speed to let less light in. Composition prompts like this help me think from a photographer’s point of view more.
