Before any sort of narrative illustrations or animations were crafted, we produced stories in English. We wrote a script from three different points of view; first person, third person, and omnisient. We then made a script to guide our animations. This was an important part of the process because when you write a screenplay it gives an overview of the final product, and it's easier to get a feel for what needs to be cut or added before you waste a bunch of time animating something you don't really want in your story. We also wrote author bios and a book description which tied into the design portion of the project.
