Welcome to my Narrative Website page! For the Narrative unit at Freestyle Academy I wrote about three different story concepts in English and used them to create various projects in Design and Web/Audio.
My first story is about a rap battle on a bus between two students. I used this story to create an animatic and animation in Web/Audio. I also used the story Idea in Design to make a symbolic illustration using typography.
My second story is about a man who is extremely claustrophobic and faints on a plane when a large man sits next to him and corners him against the side of the plane. I used this story Idea for my diptych photo-narrative to show the convergence of external and internal conflicts.
My third story is about a socially challenged man who lives at home, but ventures out one day to discover a strange device in an old computer store. I used this story Idea to create an under 700-word flash fiction short story in English.
I based the overall look of this webpage off of my first story about the rap battle. I wanted to give the webpage a more bold and grungy look. I put text in the background to add texture and to represent words from rap.
