Our humor project allowed us to do just about anything as long as it employed some kind of humor technique. I personally chose to do a parody of APT, but I made it about Lactose Intolerance. I thought of the lyrics fairly quickly, and spent the rest of my time practicing my singing voice so that I am on beat.

In class Mr. Greco showed us a weird Al parody called Amish paradise, and that inspired me to do my own parody. My other inspiration is Thadudette on Youtube, who you probably know as the person who made Into the Unknown, But the Lyrics are What’s Happening on Screen parody. Both videos demonstrated absurdity with how drastically different the new songs are from the original they are parodying. My target audience is everyone in the room, as APT is a song that everyone knows. Another type of humor I used is blue humor, as I am discussing the digestive system, which is technically a more taboo subject.
