“Knowing what the customer wants. We provide a niche for different cultures here. Also trying to not only get great tasting local produce and 400 different kinds of cheeses and different cultural foods. But at the best price available we do our buying to try and capitalize on keeping the lowest price which a lot of stores especially big stores. They also try and buy well but they don’t necessarily pass the savings on to the customers, which we try and really do.”
