The goal of this photo was to show new life. And I kinda just quite literally captured it with a family of geese. But this photo also captures a cycle, of birth and death. How nature is inherently a cycle of birth and death. That is designed to keep genes going and create opportunity for variation in those genes.
When taking this photo, I kind of just saw the opportunity of a family of geese. And jumped into photo taking mode as quickly as possible to make sure I don’t miss it. Photos really are about capturing moments in time, and when that moment happens only once you gotta be fast.
