I am very engaged in teen culture, especially things relating to where we live. My friends and I celebrated a birthday by going to Santa Cruz and making a bonfire on the beach. It feels like a rite of passage as a teen living just an hour away from Santa Cruz. We got pizza, made s’mores, and took pictures. I took this picture capturing many of the things we brought going on and what we brought with us. This picture is one I look back at often as a reminder of the fun we had on that trip.
