A modern convenience I couldn’t live without is a cup. Cups are one of my favorite tools, as a big water drinker, having a cup with me always comes in handy. I chose to take this photo from the bottom facing up, positioning the cup in the rule of thirds location. I chose to use a clear cup because I wanted to absorb the background through the windows. I didn’t want to distract the photo from the cup so sofa in the background so I chose to hide the sofa by positioning the cup further up.
