I took this photo vertically through my camera unlike most of my others. What I liked about this image was the way the bold sunlight looked as if it is penetrating a weak sapling. It looks like it could be blown away in a second by the impending doom that is the ocean behind it. The bright colours and thin leaves of the plant made a contrasting energy between the foreground subject and the water and sunset in the background.
