Composition
-
Frame Within the Frame
I took this picture because the window is acting as a frame to the dreamcatcher.
-
Using Props
For this image, I used disco lights to create this effect on a calla lily. I thought this was a creative way to use props.
-
Creative Stage
This image has creative staging and I like the use of the rule of thirds. I think it is also aesthetically pleasing.
-
Viewpoint
I like the angle of this image and the colors which makes it a good choice for the viewpoint prompt.
-
Color Theory
I thought the orange hues and pink undertones make this image a good example of color theory.
-
Low Angles
This image was also inspired by the holidays coming up, and I though an ordament would be an interesting low angle.
-
Emotion
I thought the vibrance of the color pink along with the composition of this photo conveys happiness.
-
Fill the Frame
This painting was my grandma’s aunts and has been passed down to her. I have always likes the perspective and style of this painting, and thought it would be a good for a composition post.
-
Facial Symmetry
In Photoshop, I edited both sides of the face to show facial symmetry. I had to think about the composition of the photo in order for the editing to be a smoother process. I overlaid the images with black to show the shadow underneath the original photo.

Geometry
I liked tis image I took because it has nice leading lines and some yellow flowers to add some more vibrance. I liked the shape of the fence and the trees in the background which is why I thought it would be a good image for this month’s theme.
