This is a shadow of a statue in my house that I thought would be interesting. I experimented with different objects, but this photo looked the most recognizable and clear.

This image represents new beginnings because it is a new flower blooming and starting its life. There is also a second flower in the background showing that this plant is beginning to prosper again. I thought this was a good photo because a lot of plants and flowers are not in bloom because of the cold weather, but this was an exception.

This photo shows a gift I received a long time ago. The books pages are folded into the word family, which is important because family is a gift in itself. I think this image tells an important message. I placed the book in the center to draw the focus to the word folded in the middle

This is supposed to represent a love story because one rose stands out more than the others. Roses also tend to signify love so I thought this fit with the theme. I used a bouquet of flowers and used a spotlight to make the lighting more interesting.

This photo represents the feeling of warmth by the yellow tones in the dress, and the red of the heart. The background contrasts with the photo because it is very plain with blue tones. I used photoshop to enunciate the red heart and darken the photo slightly. It is telling a story of feeling of love, and also makes me think of fall because of the leaf on the statues dress.

This photo is telling a story about myself. There are different clues that give an insight as to who I am. I like music which is shown by records in the background. There are also pictures of different places around the world to show my love for travel. The title of the book being held up says “The Beach” which is also a place I love.
