Narrative II

“How well can you tell a dialogue-driven story?”

This is the question we tackled for our Senior Narrative Projects. We started by reading Octavia E. Butler’s Parable of the Sower, to understand the how various social, cultural, political, economic, technological, and environmental issues can affect the main character, story, and world. I applied my new understandings to my Narrative Perspectives projects through technical communication skills by learning how to use new equipment and programs. The main values in these projects were:

Visual Literacy
Technological Literacy
Creativity
Self Direction
High Productivity
Teaming and Collaboration
Social and Civic Responsibility
Risk Taking

Narrative Perspectives were worked on in all of my Freestyle classes: English, Digital Media, and Animation. One of my stories was continued through all three classes, to see the contents of each project please refer to the menu or click below.
